NESCO Capital & Development is a privately owned and operated real estate development and management office located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our expertise spans the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction of multifamily and commercial properties. In addition, we provide comprehensive leasing, asset management, and property management services.

Brick by brick, NESCO Capital & Development continues to create quality assets as third generation real estate developers. Since our founder's beginnings as a Minnesota bricklayer in the 1940's, we have expanded our businesses throughout Minneapolis Minnesota, Phoenix Arizona, and Southwest Florida. Over the years, our developments have included new construction multifamily, commercial office, industrial, flex warehouse, land subdivision, and for sale single-family homes.

Today, our third generation portfolio includes over 400 multifamily units, 250,000 square feet of commercial space, and 300 acres of land ready for future development. We also actively pursue new development opportunities, as well as acquiring existing multifamily and commercial properties with value-add potential.
